After looking for a carrier service for a while I stumbled upon CNU and honestly, they are the best! I’ve been using their services for a bit over a year and they have been great and they’re honestly as reliable as it gets, everything is straight up and transparent. They’re great at what they do, I wish more companies took the same approach to customers as they do!

I had spoken a few times with Mark, one of their dispatchers and he was insanely helpful. I had a lot of questions when I first started working with them but he reassured me and helped me navigate the program as well as let me know the status of the shipment in ADDITION to the tracking program they already have. They’re also just really easy to use and I have had absolutely no problems with this company the entire time I have worked with them. I really recommend they’re very cooperative.

I’ve been working with CNU since 2017. They have yet to disappoint me. Shall any questions arise, they have a 24/7 customer support team that will answer my concerns. A lot better than the service I have used before because they’re honestly so much easier to work with and are always in touch. The software they provide is great and their dispatchers are always helpful. They put customer service first, and that is something I value.

CNU Logistics is a great company to work with! Especially, Tom, he is always nice and professional and has helped me numerous times. Great communication from their tracking team, along with excellent service. CNU Logistics uses the most advanced approaches in business. One of the better logistics service provider out there!
